Ok since editing will be up in 1-2 days, laughs, i will just have to submit version 2 this way, fixed the dead guy, got some nice blood on him 
and added some blue glow around the text, thanks to all who gave me some hints since im too lazy to look at my work all that carefully, and my clan mates are all too impressed to care what the guys foot looks like

Nice clan splash, it looks pretty sharp overall, I like the flag blended into the text which is an interesting/eye catching font. Only suggestion is to add more perspective (like mrfox said above) to eliminate the "floating counterterrorist" effect . I know sometimes its kinda hard to work with CS models, I have designed logos and splashes for my CS clan as well, which I hope to upload to DevArt tomorrow(5/10).
Overall, great job, this will work great as a clan splash once you get it finished!
